TERMS & SERVICES

Service Agreement:  The client agrees that by booking our services, they are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services accepts various forms of payment, which will be outlined on your invoice.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:  Rescheduling or cancellation of services must be done at least 48 hours in advance, or a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee:  If the client is not completely satisfied with the services provided, they must contact management within 24 hours. We will arrange for our team to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.

Tipping:  Tips for team members are welcome but not required. However, all payments for services should be processed through our invoicing system. Team members should not be given cash payments for services.

Non-Solicitation:  Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any employee or contractor of Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services during the term of the agreement and for a period of 12 months following the termination of the agreement. If a client wishes to hire a team member, a referral fee equivalent to six months wages for that team member will be charged.

Liability:  Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of items. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

Insurance and Bond:  Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services is fully insured and bonded, providing liability and property damage coverage.

Modifications to the Terms:  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service for Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services.
