So, if a cleaner accidentally breaks something, the cost is covered by our insurance policy. On the other hand, being bonded provides additional protection to our clients. A bond is a type of insurance that protects your property from theft. If a cleaner were to steal something from a client, the bond ensures that the client is reimbursed for the value of the stolen item. Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?No, you don't need to provide any cleaning products or equipment. Our team comes fully prepared with all the necessary high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home or business. This includes everything from vacuums and mops to specific cleaning solutions for different surfaces. This not only ensures a professional level of cleanliness but also saves you the hassle and cost of stocking up on cleaning products and equipment. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. If such a situation occurs, we request at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to manage our schedules and serve all our clients effectively. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 48 hours notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged. This policy helps us maintain a high level of service and availability for all our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
