CONDITIONS OF USE

Scope:  These conditions of use govern all users ("you", "your") of our services and all transactions between you and Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services (hereafter referred to as "We", "Our", or "Us").

Acceptance of Terms:  By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you should not use our services.

Booking Services:  Services should be booked through our official channels. Any special requests or instructions should be provided at the time of booking.

Access:  You agree to provide our team with access to your property at the agreed-upon times. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Safe Working Environment:  You agree to provide a safe working environment for our team members. This includes securing pets, maintaining safe property conditions, and informing us of any potential hazards.

Rescheduling or Cancellation:  Rescheduling or cancellation of services must be done at least 48 hours in advance, or a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Non-Solicitation:  You agree not to directly hire or solicit any employee or contractor of ours during the term of the agreement and for a period of 12 months following the termination of the agreement.

Liability:   We will not be held responsible for damage that is not directly caused by our actions, or for damage that results from services performed according to your instructions.

Payments: You agree to pay for our services as outlined in our Terms of Service. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in additional charges and cessation of services.

Changes to Conditions of Use:  We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions of use at any time without prior notice.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions of Use for Georgian Bay Cleaning and Property Services.
